Save the date – 2023 NCC Bushfire Conference

The Nature Conservation Council’s Bushfire Program has sent out a 'save the date email for their 13th Biennial Bushfire Conference, set to be hosted from Wednesday 24th – Thursday 25th of May, 2023, at the Teachers Federation Conference Centre in Surry Hills, Sydney. The theme of the conference is “Managing Bushfire Together: applying science, skills and stories”, and will include presentations from a wide range of experts, agencies, Traditional Owners and on-ground practitioners.
The event will be best enjoyed in person, with a dinner, poster session and field day on the 26th all to be included for those who can join us in Sydney. However, remote/hybrid inclusion will also be available for those who are unable to attend in person.
