Hotspots scheduled workshops
Friday, 10th February 2017
Bruce Hansen (Hotspots central NSW facilitator), and Kevin Taylor (NCC ecologist) are gearing up for workshop delivery in March and May. The first of which will be held at Yetholme (near Bathurst) and focus on woodland ecology and the Endangered purple copper butterfly (Paralucia spinifera) and its host plant, blackthorn (Bursaria spinosa subspecies lasiophylla). The second workshop will be held in Yarramalong, west of Wyong.
Planning is underway for a workshop directed to landholders holding Nature Conservation Trust properties at the Chillingham/Tyalgum area (near Queensland border near Murwillumbah). The workshop is scheduled for April 2017.
